How every repair begins
Intake & Log
Your watch is received, photographed, and logged. You receive a receipt describing the piece.
Assessment
We inspect the watch and prepare a written summary of its condition and what the repair involves.
Agreement
We share the assessment and price with you. Work only begins once you have agreed to proceed.
Return
The completed watch is checked, tested, and returned to you with a summary of the work carried out.
Service 01
Movement Cleaning & Regulation
RM 235 per service
A careful clean and re-regulation for mechanical and automatic watches whose timekeeping has drifted. The movement is opened, cleaned, freshly lubricated, and adjusted on a timing machine so it settles back into a steady beat. Suited to owners who notice their watch running a little fast or slow. Includes a condition summary and a period of testing before the piece is returned.
- Full disassembly and component inspection
- Ultrasonic cleaning of movement parts
- Fresh lubrication with movement-grade oils
- Multi-position timing machine regulation
- Several days on the bench after reassembly to verify results
- Written condition summary provided

A focused repair for watches with a stiff, loose, or worn crown, or pushers that no longer respond smoothly. Our watchmaker renews the affected parts and checks the seals so the controls work comfortably again. Well suited to daily-wear pieces that have simply seen plenty of use. Includes cleaning of the affected area and a function check across all settings.
- Crown tube and stem assessment
- Worn crown or stem components renewed as needed
- Gasket and seal inspection and renewal
- Pusher function checked across all positions
- Cleaning of affected area included
Service 03
Full Cosmetic Refit
RM 328 per refit
A gentle cosmetic refit covering crystal renewal, light case tidying, and strap or bracelet refitting, always sympathetic to the watch's character. Well suited to sentimental pieces being returned to regular wear. Each refit is discussed with you beforehand, and we suggest only what the watch genuinely needs to look and feel its part again.
- Sapphire or mineral crystal renewal as appropriate
- Light case and lug tidying
- Strap or bracelet refitting
- Pre-work discussion included — nothing done without agreement
- Sympathetic approach to original surface character
